Complaints, Comments and Feedback

Lewes District Citizens Advice has a complaints handling procedure.

Alternatively, please email info@lewesdistrictca.org.uk  or call our Adviceline on 0808 278 7802 to request a copy of the complaints leaflet to be either posted or emailed to you. You can find information about taking a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service here.
