Demand for support from Lewes District Citizens Advice has never been higher. We are working hard to expand our service to better serve the community.


This spring we re-modelled our service delivery to launch our own live & local Adviceline. You can call us on freephone 0808 278 7892, lines are open Tuesdays to Thursdays between 10am and 3pm.


We have now also expanded our community outreach services to deliver more drop-in sessions:

  • Mondays: at SCDA Community Supermarket on Denton Island. Drop-in to talk to an adviser between 11am and 1.30pm -available term time only


  • Thursdays: Drop-in information session at the Seahaven Storehouse Foodbank


  • Alternate Thursdays starting 22nd June at SCDA Community Supermarket at the Meridian Centre. Drop-in to talk to an adviser between 11am and 1.30pm -available term time only


  • Fridays: at Newhaven Baptist Church. Drop-in to talk to an adviser from 9.30am-12 -available term time only


You can also contact us via our website by sending a simple webform and an adviser will call you back within 3-5 working days.
